took a little long to deliver

Good quality, but no point preordering it

Definitely authentic and a great figure, but I wasn't satisfied with delivery. I was prompted to pay for the figure in full when it arrived on Nov 13, which I did and asked to be part of the earliest delivery. After I followed up for two days, GeekLove told me they could deliver it only on November 23. It was only after I complained that they moved it a few days earlier, and I appreciate the effort, but seriously: what was the point in preordering if I have to wait an extra week to get it?

We apologize for the inconvenience as it was our new arrivals week. A lot of delievries are being processed daily and your preferred delivery schedule was already full. Most of the staff is on day-off during weekends when you followed up.

All items for delivery (Lalamove, Shopee, J&T, Grab, AP Cargo, etc.) are inspected and documented by our packaging staff before we batch out or deliver. This process takes time. Hence, a queue is necessary to keep everything moving. This is why we need to schedule deliveries, even for Lalamove.

We are continuously improving our system and capacity to be able to accomodate more deliveries daily.
