It was good but had so minor creases

The items was delivered in good condition however upon closer inspection, the outer box had creases. The item could not have been creased during deliver since it was sdd and the item was wrapped. The picture taken , before being handed to the driver, was extremely the same which means the crease did not happen over the 1hr it took to deliver the items. This is the first time this has happened and my experiences before through shopee checkout was much better since the boxes has no damage at all which makes me reconsider if doing sdd was the wrong option. I hope that the next batch of items delivered to me will have the same condition as the one before this incident. Since this happened for the first time and the damage was not that big, i still consider this as an okay experience but for sure it was not the best

We are sorry to learn that you encountered issues with your latest delivery.
Upon checking our records, we can attest that there were no visible dents/creases/dimples/imperfections on the products we shipped out to you via GRAB Express. Unfortunately, any issue that may arise after we release the order to a third-party courier is beyond our control. Based on experience, it is possible for dents to occur while an order is in transit.
We document, measure, and curate all shipments we batch out. We inform customers prior to delivery if our staff notes any issues with the item to be delivered. Photos of the damage/imperfections/box dents/crease/dimples etc. are sent to the customer before delivery. If no issues are noted then, we do not send photos of the products. We can send pictures upon request for products with no issues.
We highly recommend to avail of extra packaging to prevent boxes from getting damaged. We use high quality custom shipping boxes for all parcels we send through J&T, SHOPEE, XPOST, AP Cargo. The extra packaging can be requested if the order goes through a same-day-delivery courier. We also have our own in House Driver and GLMobile Delivery service who can take care of your packages better than third parties.

In case you encounter issues with your deliveries, please notify us the same day you received the goods so we can assist you further. Problems caused by third party couriers will be raised to the third party concerned. Feel free to reach out to us if you need further assistance.
