There is no outer or shipping package to protect the item original package. It has a stretch wrap. It does not protect the product other than mild scratches. Please atleast a proper prep.

Upon checking our email records, our agent offered you brown shipping box and bubble wrap for additional protection of your order. Unfortunately, we did not get any response from you regarding the additional packaging.

Since we use branded and custom boxes for our packaging, we charge a fee for additional boxes/bubble wrap.

We offer this option to add additional packaging for all shipments we process.

Orders which go through our GL delivery service, like your order, are also taken care of since we have our own delivery vehicle and driver for door-to-door drop-off.
