Order Guidelines

 

How to order?

Browse our secure website and find the item you like. 

  1. Click Pre Order or Add to Cart.
  2. Click check out and fill out the form.
  3. Choose your desired payment option and shipping option to complete the order.
  4. Pay the deposit or Full Price
    1. For manual payment methods, please send the proof of payment to our page admins via chat or email. 
    2. Instant payment methods (Credit/Debit cards, Paypal, etc) will be recorded/noted automatically by the system

The PreOrder/BackOrder Price of a product does not include the Shipping cost.

  • The shipping cost will be determined once the product is in stock
  • Courier fees vary per destination and are based on the weight and/or dimensions of a parcel
  • We measure and weigh your packages to determine the shipping costs
  • An Order Arrival Notifcation with the shipping cost due will be emailed to you once your order is ready to ship

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout for In-Stock/On-Hand products.

  • We process shipments by batches daily for In Stock/On-Hand products.

 When will my PreOrder arrive?

  • "Estimated Time of Arrival" or ETA is indicated on the description of the Pre Order item. This date is based on the information we received from our suppliers, distributors and/or manufacturers. Please note that Pre Ordered items will not be ready for shipping until the item arrives at our warehouse. "Estimated Time of Arrival" is an estimate and not guaranteed.

When should I pay for the deposit? 

  • Deposit must be paid within 7 days from the time you place your order or  at least a day before the Pre order deadline (which ever comes fist).
  • Pre order slot will be voided if the deposit is not received during the said period.

Can I PreOrder without paying a deposit?

  • All customers are required to pay a deposit to secure their PreOrder slot.  

Is the deposit refundable?

  • The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
    • Deposit can be refunded or transferred to your other order/s ONLY in the event that the manufacturer opts to not continue the production and/or if the distributor/manufacturer will not release the item in the Philippines
    • Check our Refund Policy for more details

Is my order affected by supply cuts?

  • All products are subject to availability and quantity as determined by the manufacturer and/or distributors/suppliers. A customer/buyer will be entitled to a refund or transfer for his/her deposit or payment in case the supply or order allotment is decreased by the manufacturer and/or distributor/supplier.
  • In the event of a supply cut or allocation cut initiated by the distributor and/ or manufacturer, customers with abandoned orders will automatically be placed on the cut list or allocation cut list. Deposits/partial payments paid on the items affected will not be refunded. Instead, the amount will be applied to any abandoned orders which are still in stock

Product images are prototypes and provided by their respective manufacturers.

  • Final product may vary from prototype images 

 Can I cancel my PreOrder?

  • We process your PreOrders and secure your slot with our suppliers as soon as we confirm your deposit/full payment. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel PreOrders with confirmed deposits/payments. 

Will the PreOrder price change?

  • Price of the item is based on current exchange rates and offer from the manufacturer at time of posting. Price may change without prior notice due to change in manufacturer price or severe fluctuation in exchange rates.

How would I know when my PreOrdered item arrives?

  • We will send an email to your registered email address once your item arrives and is ready to be claimed
  • New arrival announcements are also sent via the GeekLovePH mobile app available for download on Google Play and App Store
  • Check the Geekloveph Facebook page for announcements  and pictures of our New Arrivals for the month 
  • Browse our New Arrivals album here on our website

Until when can I claim my PreOrdered items?

  • Pre-ordered items must be claimed within 7 days upon item arrival.
  • Geekloveph reserves the right to dispose of the item/s if the buyer is unable to settle the balance at the end of the 7 day period
  • The deposit for the unclaimed item will be forfeited after 7 days upon item arrival and the pre-order reservation will be deemed as void. 
  • In the event of a supply cut or allocation cut initiated by the distributor and/ or manufacturer, customers with abandoned orders will automatically be placed on the cut list or allocation cut list. Deposits/partial payments paid on the items affected will not be refunded. Instead, the amount will be applied to any abandoned orders which are still in stock.

Refunds for Customers with Abandoned Orders

  • A deposit can be refunded or transferred to your other order/s ONLY in the event that the manufacturer opts to not continue the production and/or if the distributor/manufacturer will not release the item in the Philippines
    • The deposit amount to be reversed will be applied first to any in-stock Abandoned order or Pending Pre-Order under the customer’s account. Afterwards, any remaining amount can be refunded or transferred to another order/s.
      • The customer will be billed for the in-stock Abandoned order or Pending Pre Order less the amount to be refunded
        • The item/s, deposit/s, credit/s, and any partial payments paid will be forfeited if the customer does not settle the balance within 7 days.

    Can you store/hold my paid items for me?

    • Paid items must be claimed by the buyer within 15 days upon full payment. 
    • The item/s and any payments made towards the stored items will be forfeited  after the 15-day storage period 
    • Geekloveph reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed items after the 15-day storage period
    • A storage fee of 5% of the Regular Price of the stored products will be charged for every week (or a fraction of a week) that the item is kept in storage starting on the 16th day from the date the item is paid
    • Any item kept in storage/hold period will not be eligible for any promotions offered by Geekloveph
    • Customers with stored items are not eligible for any promotions offered by Geekloveph until the stored item is claimed.
      • Geeklove Delivery is a promo delivery service.
    • Only items paid on time (within 7 days from arrival) are eligible for storage.

    Can you reserve an item for me?

    • Yes, we can.
    • We require a deposit of 20% of the SRP to reserve in stock items.
    • Item reservation is good for 15 days upon payment of the deposit.
    • Deposit is deductible from the item price.
    • Buyer must fully pay the balance on or before the end of the reservation period.
    • The item/s and any payments made towards the reserved item/s will be forfeited if the buyer is unable to settle the balance on or before the end of the 15-day reservation period.
    • Geekloveph reserves the right to dispose of the item/s if the buyer is unable to settle the balance at the end of the 15-day reservation period.
    What is an Advance Reservation?
    • An Advance Reservation is similar to a Pre Order. The main difference is that the manufacturer and/or distributor have not scheduled an Estimated Time of Arrival and the Final Pricing is yet to be determined. 
      •  Price may be subject to change as specified by the manufacturer and/or distributor. Deposit can be refunded or transferred to your other order/s ONLY in the event that the manufacturer opts to not continue the production and/or if the distributor/manufacturer will not release the item in the Philippines

    What is a Back-order?

    A Back-Ordered item is a product which we currently do not have on hand but are still available for order through our suppliers/distributors. Allow 6-10 working days for delivery
    .

    0% Installment Terms for Pre Orders (Philippine Customers only)

    • Certain Pre-order items are eligible for 0% Installment
    • Customer eligibility will be determined by GeekLove
    • Customer is required to pay the deposit amount indicated on the Preorder Offer
      • Deposit and any partial payments paid are not refundable and not transferable
    • Post 12/5/2021 - installment plans for the full balance are now made available for certain products
    • Each Installment payment will be assigned a due date
      • Post 12/5/2021 - installment payments will be billed every end of the month and will be due within 7 days from the billing date
    • The customer is required to provide proof of payment on or before the due date of each installment payment
      • Send proof of payment via email or FB store chat
    • Missed/Unpaid Installment payment amounts must be settled on or before the next scheduled due date. 
      • Customers who fail to settle three (3) consecutive scheduled installment payments will be given a seven (7) day grace period (starting on the day the 3rd missed scheduled installment payment expired) to settle their 3 unpaid dues 
        • Failure to settle the unpaid amounts within the 7-day grace period would result to the termination of the installment plan, expiration of the PreOrder reservation, and forfeiture of the deposit and any partial payments paid
    • In the event that the Pre ordered item arrives earlier than expected, any unpaid Installment amounts will be added towards the final balance and will be due within 7 days upon item arrival
    • The Deposit and any partial payments paid are not refundable and not transferable
      • Products not released passed the published ETA due to production delays, importation delays, delivery delays, and/or manufacturer/distributor issues are beyond our control and are NOT grounds for a refund nor transfer of deposit and any partial payments paid 
        • Deposit and any partial payments paid can be refunded or transferred to your other order/s ONLY in the event that the manufacturer opts to not continue the production and/or if the distributor/manufacturer will not release the item in the Philippines
    • The customer has 7 days from the item arrival date to settle their balance.
    • Geekloveph reserves the right to dispose of the item/s if the buyer is unable to settle the balance at the end of the 7-day deadline 
    • The item/s, deposit and any partial payments paid will be forfeited if the customer does not settle the final balance within 7 days upon item arrival 

    In-stock/Back Order installments (Philippine Customers only)

    • Deposit is required
    • Installment plan with interest will be based on the SRP
    • Max duration: 3 months
    • The item will be turned over to the customer after paying the full balance due
    • The customer must settle the amount due as scheduled
    • In case the customer is not able to settle the scheduled payment on time, a 7-day grace period will be given for the customer to catch up on his amount due
    • In case the customer fails to pay the amount due after the 7 day grace period, the installment plan will be cancelled and the customer will be given another 7 day-extension to settle the full balance for the order
    • The order will be voided, the deposit and all payments made will be forfeited if the customer is not able to settle the full balance due after the final  7 day extension
    • IN-HOUSE INSTALLMENT PLANS OFFER ENDED 03.05.2023

    How can I claim my order/s?

    All parcels processed through FedEx, DHL, J&T Express, XPost Gogo Express, AP Cargo, LBC Cash on Pickup,.Postal/Ecomm Service, Shopee, Lazada, and eBay will be prepared and packed in sturdy shipping boxes and/or packaging materials to help prevent damage while in transit. Customers may opt to have their orders packed in brown shipping boxes for Lalamove, Grab, and similar on-demand courier services by request.

    We have several ways to claim an order:

    • Within the Philippines
      • Shopee (requires a shopee account; +10% shopee fee)
      • J&T Express
      • LBC Cash On Pickup
      • AP Cargo
      • GL Delivery service
      • Lalamove or similar on-demand courier service
    • International
      • FedEx
      • DHL
      • Postal/Ecomm Service
    Back Order Products will be restocked/pulled out from the warehouse
      • Add 6-10 working days to courier shipment time

    LBC Cash on Pick up

  • Shipments done in batches from Mondays to Fridays (except on Holidays)
  • Tracking details will be provided once orders are shipped
  • Customers must pay for their full item balance before shipment. 
  • Customers are required to provide their preferred LBC branch for pick-u
  • Customers who opt not to disclose the true value of their shipments absolve Geekloveph of any responsibility for potential financial losses resulting from damaged or lost parcels. Conversely, customers opting for parcel insurance must initiate and process claims through LBC

  • In the event that the customer neglects to collect their parcel from the designated LBC branch, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer undertakes to reimburse Geekloveph for all shipping costs, fees, and related surcharges.

     

      J&T Express/XPost Gogo Express

      • Shipments done in batches from Mondays to Fridays (except on Holidays)
      • Tracking details will be provided once orders are shipped

      AP Cargo (Recommended for Large packages)

      • Cost to be determined once the package is brought to the branch
      • Shipping cost to be paid to the courier upon delivery to your address/pick up branch
      • AP Cargo rate is usually lower than J&T Express
      • Changing the courier is not allowed once we bring the package to the AP Cargo branch
      • Shipments done in batches on Sundays (except on Holidays)
      • Cut-off time 12:00PM Friday
      • Payments validated/confirmed after Friday 12:00PM will be included in the next week's batch
      • Tracking details will be provided once orders are shipped

      FedEx/DHL

      • Shipments are done in batches from Mondays to Saturdays (except on Holidays)
      • Tracking details will be provided once orders are shipped
      • Estimated Delivery timeframe: 5-7 business days ( Subject to change depending on the courier handling)
      • Potential delays caused by customs or holidays are not included in the estimated shipping time.
      • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
      • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

      Postal/Ecomm Service

      • Ship-out schedule: Tuesday, Thursday (except on Holidays)
      • Tracking details will be provided once orders are shipped
      • Estimated Delivery timeframe: 3-6 weeks ( Subject to change depending on the courier handling)
      • Potential delays caused by customs or holidays are not included in the estimated shipping time.
      • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
      • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

      Lalamove/Grab/etc

      • Delivery fee to be paid to the rider 
      • By schedule - Monday to Thursday (except on Holidays)
      • It is highly recommended to allow the store to book the rider for more efficient coordination with the courier

      Geeklove Delivery Service (Within Metro Manila)

      • Terms & Conditions apply
      • Deliveries are done Mondays to Saturdays (except on Holidays)
      • Handled by In-house delivery staff
      • Wait time:  until slots are full
      • Schedule to be determined by GeekLove
      • NO RUSH DELIVERIES
      Points to take note of when using Shopee:
      • Shopee charges sellers to receive payments. A 10% fee will be added to your order price to cover the fee shopee charges us if you chose this claim method.
      • Packaging materials are not free. 
      • Shopee WILL NOT process a reimbursement for your deposit in case of item/package loss. Hence, we will also NOT be able to refund your deposit in case of loss via Shopee. 
      • Orders processed through Shopee, Lazada, eBay and other platforms do not qualify for GeekPoints.
      • Expired PreOrder IDs cannot be processed through Shopee.
      • Shopee checkout for balance payment of PreOrders is only available within 7 Days from item arrival. 

      Since logistics and handling of shipments for FedEx, DHL, J&T Express, XPost Gogo Express, AP Cargo, Postal/Ecomm Service, Shopee, Lazada, eBay, Lalamove, Grab, etc. are beyond Geekloveph's scope of support,  GeekLoveph will not be held liable for any damage, or loss that may occur once a parcel is in transit. We can assist customers with filing the claim with the concerned courier. Any claims for damage, loss, refund, or reimbursement related to courier mishandling must be raised to and resolved by the courier.

      Can you ship my items?

      • Yes. We can ship nationwide. We use GeekLove delivery, J&T Express, AP Cargo and Shopee  to ship items
      • Lalamove or Grab express for scheduled delivery within Metromanila, Some parts of Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan 
        • IMPORTANT: 
          • Shopee charges sellers to receive payments. A 10% fee will be added to your order price to cover the fee shopee charges us if you chose this claim method.
          • Shopee will not process a reimbursement for your deposit in case of item/package loss. Hence, we will also not be able to refund your deposit in case of loss via shopee

      RESIN/POLYSTONE DISCLOSURE:

      Resins are very fragile in nature. Although all products are packed well, there might be times when resins arrive with clean snaps/breaks or paint scratches due to courier mishandling. No compensation will be given for these faults as the broken parts can be glued together and product perfection cannot be guaranteed in transit. Replacements can be arranged depending on the manufacturer's policy. Note that some manufacturers do not provide replacements. 

      Only customers in good standing are eligible for any promotional offers

      • Customers with abandoned orders are disqualified from any and all Geekloveph Promos.
        • GeekLoveph reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, postpone or void the terms of any promotional offers without prior notice

      What is GeekLove Delivery (GL Delivery)?

      GeekLove's promo delivery service. 

      • No size or weight restriction (as long as the product fits inside our vehicle)

      Rates

      • Free delivery service 
        • Delivery value must be 1000 and up

        Additional packaging materials (GL Brown Box AND Bubble wrap) are optional and costs extra.

        Packaging material cost is not included when calculating the delivery valuation

        i.e., If the product to be delivered is worth 1450php and the packaging material costs 50php, the delivery value is 1450php and NOT 1500php

        Terms

        • Items must be fully paid within 7 days from item arrival
        • Item balance and Delivery cost, if applicable, must be paid before the delivery date
        • Customers with stored or “patabi” items are temporarily disqualified from the promo until all stored items are claimed/shipped out.
        • Stored items are NOT eligible for the GL Delivery promo
        • In Stock/Back Order products on an installment plan are NOT eligible for the GL Delivery promo
        • Pre-Ordered products on an installment plan are eligible for the GL Delivery promo if the balance was fully paid within 7 days from item arrival
        • Customers with abandoned orders are excluded from the GL Delivery promo
        • Wholesale clients are excluded from the GL Delivery promo
        • Special Sale products (Year-End Sale, etc) are NOT included in the GL delivery promo
        • Products which do not fit inside the delivery vehicle are excluded from the GL delivery promo
        Coverage
        • Cities within Metro Manila
          • Areas at Metro Manila outskirts or near provincial boundaries are excluded
        • Cainta
        • Taytay
        Schedule
        • Delivery batches to be determined by GeekLove 
        • Customers will be notified at least 24hrs prior to delivery date to confirm availability
        • Customers are given a 20-minute grace period to receive their deliveries once the delivery staff arrives at the drop off point
        • The delivery staff will depart from the drop off point if the customer is not available to receive their items within the grace period 
        • Customers who are not available to receive their deliveries on their confirmed schedule will have their GL Delivery slot for the batch forfeited 
          • The order will be moved to regular courier delivery (Lalamove, Grab, J&T, etc)
          • GL Delivery fees for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability are non-refundable and non-transferable

        Geekloveph reserves the right to reschedule a batch delivery

        GeekLoveph reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, postpone or void the terms of any promotional offers without prior notice

        In-House Driver

        Rates

        • Based on prevailing base price and per kilometer rate of Lalamove
          • Automatic discount is applied to the rate
        • Item balance and Delivery fee must be paid before the delivery date

         

        Benefits

        • Not affected by Holiday surcharge or high-demand charges
        • Deliveries are protected from theft or loss
        • No size or weight restriction (as long as the product fits inside our vehicle)

         

        Coverage

        • Cities within Metro Manila
          • Areas at Metro Manila outskirts or near provincial boundaries are excluded
        • Cainta
        • Taytay

        Schedule

        • Delivery schedule to be determined by GeekLove

          What are GeekPoints?

          • Earn GeekPoints or GPs through our Rewards program. 
          • Redeem Rewards using your GPs.
          • Sign up and register your email address to start earning GPs.
          • Only customers in good standing are eligible for any promotional offers
            • Customers with abandoned orders are disqualified from any and all promotions offered by Geeklove
          • Buy. Redeem. Repeat.
            • GeekLoveph reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, postpone or void the terms of any promotional offers without prior notice
            • GPs, rewards and promos not applicable to wholesale accounts
            • Orders processed through Shopee, Lazada, eBay and other platforms do not qualify for GeekPoints.
            • Promo codes/Discounts are not counted towards earning GPs
              • GeekPoints conversion value is in PHP

          What is the Bonus Discount Voucher Promo (BDV)?

          *BDV Promotion ended on 12/09/2022

          • Customers who pay the Pre Order price upon ordering are eligible to recieve a Bonus Discount Voucher
          • The Bonus Discount Voucher can be used on the customer's subsequent order
          • The BDV is single use ONLY
          • The BDV is non-transferable and non convertible to cash
          • Orders on Installment plans are NOT eligible for the Bonus Discount Voucher promo
          • The customer must contact our chat support team to claim their BDV code
          • Limit 1(one) BDV per eligible PreOrder product
            • If a customer has multiple products in an eligible order, the customer is eligible to receive 1 (one) BDV per eligible product  in the order

          What can I redeem with my GeekPoints?

          • You may use your GPs to redeem discount coupons(10, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000)

          How can I redeem rewards?

          • Log in to your account to view your GeekPoints and redeem rewards.
          1. Just click the red gift icon on our site
          2. Click All Rewards
          3. Select which reward you want and click Redeem
          4. Use the discount code when you order on our website.

           

          How can I earn more GPs?

          • You can earn more GPs when you:
            • Pay for your order on time
              • late payments will not earn GPs
            • Complete actions (like, follow and share us on social media)
            • Use your unique Referral URL and refer your friends
              •  Referral gets a discount and you get GP when the Referral pays for his 1st order
            • Join GP give away contests on our Facebook page

           

          Are there perks for referring friends?

          • Share your unique referral URL to friends and acquaintances to get more FREE GPs.

          • Your referral gets instant 25pesos off on his 1st order and you get FREE GPs when the referral pays for his order.

          • Get your unique referral URL when you log in to your account. Click the red Gift icon on our site.


             

            Abandoned/Joy-dibbed orders

            A pre-order is a commitment/agreement entered between the buyer and the seller whereby the seller agrees to provide the buyer early access to order products (at a discount whenever applicable) and the buyer commits to settling the balance (if any) for the pre-order once the product is ready to ship.

            Pre-orders cannot be canceled since we place our orders with our distributors/suppliers/manufacturer partners when we receive customer pre-orders.

            Customers who are unable to fulfill/honor their Pre-Order commitments will incur an Order abandonment/Joy-dib strike on their account.

            Any deposit and partial payments paid on Abandoned/Joy-dibbed orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

            To avoid an abandonment/Joy-dib strike on their account, customers have the option to find a third party who can settle their balance on their behalf (PASALO). This mitigates potential losses for all parties and honors the pre-order commitment.

            Customers with abandoned/joy-dibbed orders will have certain perks disabled:

            • Disqualified from GeekPoints discount promotions
            • Disqualified from GL delivery promotion
            • Disqualified from Deposit option and Installment Plan access for Pre-Orders
            • Disqualified from Installment Plans for In-Stock and Back-Order products
            • Disqualified from future promotions


            In case of allocation/supply cut, customers with abandoned/joy-dibbed orders will be automatically included in the cut list.

            • Deposits and partial payments paid on cut orders will not be refunded but will instead be applied to any of the customer's abandoned orders which are still in stock or pending Pre-Orders.

            Customers with abandoned/joy-dibbed orders will be required to confirm if he/she will still claim other pending Pre-Orders. If the customer is no longer interested to claim his/her other pending Pre-Orders, such Pre-Orders will be voided and slots will be offered to other customers. Deposits and partial payments paid on abandoned/joy-dibbed orders are non-refundable/non-transferable.

            Geekloveph reserves the right to reallocate full or partial payments made by customers with abandoned or joy-dibbed transactions to the same customer's orders to minimize loss.

            Unresponsive Customers

            New Arrival notifications are sent via automated email and/or SMS to the customer’s registered contact information as soon as orders are ready for distribution. Multiple automated emails are sent to the customer within a span of seven (7) days from the initial contact as a reminder that an order is ready to be claimed. Unpaid orders will automatically expire after seven (7) days. The order will be tagged as “abandoned.” An automated expiration notice will be sent via email and/or SMS once an order expires.

            Customers who fail to respond or contact the store via email and/or direct FB Store message regarding an abandoned order will be tagged as “unresponsive.”

            Two (2) or more abandoned orders incurred by unresponsive customers will be taken as an indication that the unresponsive customer is no longer willing nor interested to claim and/or purchase all the products/services he/she ordered.

            As such, GeekLove reserves the right to forfeit  ALL unserved preorder/advance reservation products/slots of unresponsive customers. Such orders will be tagged as “Void.” GeekLove reserves the right to sell products/slots from Voided orders to other buyers to recover incurred and/or potential losses.

            Reinstating a voided order is only possible if the product is still available. Customers with Voided orders will be allowed to have their voided orders reinstated ONLY AFTER paying for ALL unpaid balances for ALL previously abandoned orders which are still in stock. The customer must also settle the full balance due for the reinstated order.

            Customers must agree to these guidelines before placing any order.
