Delving once more into the depths of the Dark Multiverse, this iteration features the Caped Crusader from Earth-44. Stricken with the brutal murder of Alfred Pennyworth, who raised Bruce, Batman succumbs to overwhelming grief and despair. Unable to cope, he opts to merge his consciousness with an artificial intelligence iteration of Alfred, known as Alfred Protocol. This amalgamation results in the birth of the Murder Machine – a sinister and malevolent Batman enhanced with advanced AI capabilities.
