Product arrived in mint condition. No missing parts and they can be easily attached & detached. There's also a spare joint incase you lost one of the joints of the nendo. The earpiece is much more stable compared to nendo Rinne's earpiece. However, idk if the hat is supposed to easily fall if you move the nendo too much, since the inside of the hat has no "holes" for some of the hair strands to attach into it securely. The inside of the hat has only some indents to accommodate for the shape of the hair. Therefore, I suggest to put the hat last after you position your nendo in the stand. Otherwise, the product is still good.

When these figures were first announced, I just absolutely needed them. Rather than order internationally, I opted to order here. Overall experience was awesome from placing the order, asking questions through FB, and delivery of the item.

The figures arrived in perfect condition and was handled with utmost care. It took a month after it officially released to be delivered, but its worth the wait.

Excellent packaging. There was a very generous amount of cardboard and bubble wrap for the package size.

Also the box is really nice. It's so nice that you could just display the box itself and not even build the kit.
