There was no damage on the figure itself but there were a lot of cracks on the plastic box. I know that things like that happen during shipping but I happen to receive the worst box. The staff was honest and sent photos of the cracks but according to the pasalo buyer, there were a lot more. The cracks were quite intolerable. I'm a regular customer and I didn't expect to experience this on GeekLove. I do hope that things will be fair next time. This wasn't the first time that there was a problem with the box afterall. But this was the first time that such not-so-good treatment was given. Will still order since the customer service is good. I hope I can receive good boxes on nendos.
